A female based in Meath had claimed an injury from an RTA some five years earlier and claimed she was unable to return to work in any capacity. The first bout of surveillance showed she remained active and was looking after a young toddler possibly her grandchild and then during the second period of surveillance we found her to be engaged in gainful employment as a taxi driver, working all shifts and hours, getting in and out of the car with ease, lifting luggage in and out of the boot of her car totally contrary to her alleged disability.
