A Cavan based subject was in receipt of Mortgage Protection as he was unable to meet his payments after sustaining an injury at his employer’s workplace. Surveillance was instigated and it transpired that this individual had set up his own company in the interim and was happily working away as a window fitter. We conducted surveillance and obtained significant video footage of the claimant in his alternative employment which enabled the Insurer to cease payments forthwith.
